For brands engaging in custom software development:

All project agreements will be governed by a separate, specific Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement, which will outline timelines, payments, and deliverables.

5. Limitation of Liability

Enzitech and its founders provide this platform "as is." While we strive for 100% uptime and technical excellence, we are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from your use of the site or community-published content.
